A Tablet containing Chlorpheniramine Maleate, Phenylephrine Hydrochloride, and Paracetamol is used to provide temporary relief from symptoms of the common cold and allergies, such as headache, body aches, fever, sore throat, runny nose, nasal congestion, and sneezing. The paracetamol reduces pain and fever, phenylephrine acts as a decongestant to relieve a stuffy nose, and chlorpheniramine is an antihistamine that helps with allergy symptoms like sneezing and a runny nose. 

This tablet, containing Doxylamine (antihistamine), Pyridoxine (Vitamin B6), and Folic Acid (Vitamin B9), is primarily used to manage nausea and vomiting during pregnancy (morning sickness) by blocking nausea signals in the brain and addressing potential vitamin deficiencies. Doxylamine provides an anti-nausea effect, Pyridoxine helps restore Vitamin B6 levels, and Folic Acid supports healthy fetal development by preventing neural tube defects and providing essential nutrients.  

The tablet containing Levocetirizine, Montelukast, and Ambroxol Hydrochloride is used to treat asthma and respiratory allergic conditions like allergic rhinitis and bronchitis. It works by thinning and clearing mucus (Ambroxol), blocking histamine to relieve allergy symptoms (Levocetirizine), and reducing airway inflammation and swelling (Montelukast).
